Pea straw is a very popular product that can be used as both a mulch and a soil conditioner. It is perfect for holding moisture and stopping your soil from drying out. Commonly used for strawberry and vegetable gardens.
It is high in nitrogen and breaks down quickly to release nutrients for your plants. It adds organic material into the soil as well as suppressing weeds.
Each bale is the size of a regular conventional hay bale, covering approx 10m2.
